Pocket Casts for iOS has picked up a fresh visual overhaul this week. The latest version brings Apple’s Liquid Glass design language to one of the most popular podcast apps on the platform.
The update arrives as Liquid Glass continues to shape the look of modern iOS. Introduced with iOS 26 last summer and refined further in iOS 27 this week, Liquid Glass emphasizes translucent surfaces, depth, light, and motion.

While the redesign is the headline, Pocket Casts 8.13 includes several practical improvements too.
Podcast pages now support context menus, chapter art appears in the mini player, and Up Next episode titles can expand to two lines.
