I quite like the size. In its closed state, it looks small enough to use with one hand, finally giving small-phone lovers something to get excited about.<\/p>\n

What excites me even more than the design is that the dummies appear to show a circular cutout in the middle, similar to Apple\u2019s MagSafe charging system. The magnetic charging system was adopted as the Qi2 standard, but no company other than Google has embraced it.<\/p>\n

The Qi2 standard not only supports faster wireless charging, but the built-in magnets ensure that the phone aligns perfectly with the charger. And if Apple\u2019s MagSafe ecosystem is anything to go by, it could also mean a richer accessory market for Samsung devices.<\/p>\n

The upcoming wide foldable looks promising. I just hope that, unlike the Galaxy S25 Edge, which Samsung launched to compete with the iPhone Air before quietly shelving it, this is not just a reactionary product but a new line that Samsung commits to iterating and improving.<\/p>\n
