Currently, the app offers an AI-powered summary of unread messages within each individual chat, with the entire summarization process being handled by WhatsApp\u2019s Private Processing system.<\/p>\n

Now, according to the data WABetaInfo, the app is working on \u201ca unified unread chat summary feature,\u201d which will add a \u201cGet a summary\u201d button at the top of the Chats tab when the \u201cUnread\u201d filter is selected.<\/p>\n

As you can see from the attached image, WhatsApp is exploring the implementation of a feature designed to elaborate private chat summaries. Although this feature is currently under development and set for release in a future update, it already promises to make summarization more convenient than ever. In particular, it processes the content in a way that preserves privacy, while still delivering a clear overview of the conversation.<\/p>\n

WABetaInfo says the feature is under development for both iOS and Android versions of WhatsApp, which could indicate it won\u2019t be long before it\u2019s released, or at least made available to beta testers.<\/p>\n
