The idea of Samsung producing a pair of bone conduction headphones popped up in March of last year, with the name \u201cAble\u201d attached at the time. While it\u2019s still very possible Samsung is working on bone conduction, the design here suggests that the company has pivoted to more traditional open-ear tech. It\u2019s also possible two pair of headphones are on the way, but model numbers and software leaks suggest otherwise.<\/p>\n

As for the name, \u201cAble,\u201d it\u2019s unclear what Samsung is playing at. \u201cAble to hear\u201d comes to mind, but it\u2019s anyone\u2019s guess right now.<\/p>\n
