Now, The Outsiders users can quickly check \u201cTraining Readiness, Training Load Ratio, Endurance Fitness, and Health Metrics\u201d right from their Home Screen, with single or multiple layouts.<\/p>\n

Another much-requested addition is the ability to import workouts from beyond the Apple Watch. With today\u2019s update, Garmin workouts can now be imported automatically into The Outsiders, while manual imports are supported for workouts from Zwift, Wahoo, COROS, Karoo, Amazfit, and any other platform that can export .FIT files to Apple Health.<\/p>\n

The Outsiders now supports 161 workout types, with the full set now including \u201cDog Running, Kettlebell Workout, Swimming Tethered, Gravel Ride, Outdoor Hand Cycling, Bouldering, Windsurfing, Beach Volleyball, Inline Hockey, Surfskate, BMX Freestyle, BMX Racing,\u201d in addition to Assembling Furniture, \u201clikely the one most in demand,\u201d says the press release.<\/p>\n

Finally, the update includes a new UI for body metrics that opens as individual cards, a map view for photos taken during a workout session, and several new icons to customize the app even further.<\/p>\n
